Good things here
Society is really good like connectivity of the apartment is was good local market,auto,cabs were easy to approach to approach. All the modern amenities were there in the society. Construction was new at that period of time so no seepage issues in the society. read more
Things need improvement
Security system is not at all safe as there were no security gaurd in the society. Landlords were very rude and never resolves issues faced by tenants. read more

Good things here
The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. read more

Good things here
Transportation options like metro cabs and autos are available near the society. CCTVs and lifts are available in the premises. Issues are resolved timely. Neighborhood is quite friendly and people celebrate all festivals together. read more

Some seepage and leakage issues exist. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available in the society. read more

Good things here
The society remained clean, with daily garbage collection. The roads outside the society were newly constructed. Water supply was available 24*7 even during the summers. The flats were spacious and well-ventilated, receiving ample sunlight. There were no cracks or seepage on the walls. The residents were cooperative and friendly. The maintenance charges were reasonable. read more

The malls were not nearby. There was a slight issue with power cuts. The power backup was available only for common areas and lifts, not provided for flats. Only 1-2 parking spots were allotted for visitors. There were no modern amenities in the society. read more

Good things here
The auto stand was located just outside the society. The roads outside the society were in good condition, and there were no traffic issues nearby. There were no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats, and they were well ventilated, receiving plenty of sunlight. The residents were friendly, and there was 24/7 water supply. The society was clean. read more
Things need improvement
The society did not have a garden, and the gym remained closed until my time there. There was no swimming pool or play area either. read more
