The society is well-connected, with two metro stations located a 15 to 20-minute drive away. Additionally, Diamond Plaza Mall is conveniently situated around 15 minutes from the society. There are numerous medical facilities nearby, and the airport is also near, requiring only a 20 to 25-minute drive. The connecting road is excellent, having been recently renovated. The maintenance facilities are commendable, with a dedicated team handling garbage collection and cleaning services. Garbage is collected regularly every morning at 10:30. The security systems are efficient, with four guards working during the day and four guards at night. Both the front and back gates are well-guarded, and no one can enter the premises without verification. The lifts are consistently in good condition, and the parking options are ample, with plenty of space for residents and guests. The construction of the society was completed around seven years ago, and there have been no major issues with the quality. Residents rarely complain, and any minor issues are promptly resolved. The committee is proactive in informing residents about any ongoing construction work, such as drilling or renovation, within the society. The society offers excellent amenities, including a swimming pool with designated timings for different age groups and genders, a children's play area, a spacious terrace gym, and small sitting spaces for relaxation. The playroom is well-protected with nets on the terrace. The neighbors are friendly, fostering a strong sense of community.
