Good things here

The community here is wonderful. We have a well-maintained community hall which is great for gatherings and events. Connectivity is generally good, with Ola and Uber readily available, making commuting easy. The maintenance team does a good job keeping the place clean and in order. The neighborhood is friendly and safe, with CCTV and good security measures. Parking is ample for both residents and guests, and there are no issues with stray dogs. Overall, it's a pleasant place to live with most amenities well taken care of. read more

Things need improvement

There are a few issues that need attention. There's noticeable seepage in the walls which is a bit concerning and should be addressed soon. While Ola and Uber are easily available, getting a rickshaw can be problematic. Also, there's no swimming pool which is a bit of a letdown. Despite these issues, the other facilities are good, and the overall maintenance is decent. It would be great if these concerns could be addressed to improve the living experience . read more

Good things here

The rooms in my flats are properly ventilated and throughout the year proper sunlight is received in all the rooms, which is one of the great things. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. CCTV is avilable and works properly in lifts and all over the society. Security system is good Security guards are available and they are very good. Garbage collection is done on time, Hygiene is maintained properly in the society. Gardens are maintained properly. There is no water supply or electricity supply issues faced in the society. I travel by my own car. proper parking slots are alloted to all residents The road quality outside the society is good for which water logging issues does not happen. Street lights works properly. The people are overall good and social in the society, people are friendly, all cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. Paintings are done on time. read more

Things need improvement

The constructuion quality is average in the society. Bathroom fittings are not good, materials are not good. Tiles are getting broken as white cement is not applied on all tiles. This is common in many flats. The locks that are provided in bathrooms are not of good quality The window materials that are provided could have been of better quality. The flats are a bit conjested I feel, but that can be ignored as this is a flat culture. Lift is available but maintained properly, most of the times the lifts does not work properly and it is not repaired on time. Time to time lifts stops working. Sometimes issues that arise takes time to be resolved by the society. There are no such nearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, restaurants available around the society. Hospital is also far from the society. This Society is not pet friendly, pets are not allowed in the society. The water quality is not good, mosquitos are too much in the society. Municipality should improve the water quality. read more
