Good things here

Near our society, there are malls and markets. Public transport like autos and rickshaws is easily available just outside the society, and the neighborhood is very pleasant. We celebrate all festivals like Holi, Diwali, and Durga Puja with great enthusiasm. There is plenty of greenery in our society, and parking is available. Cleaning is impeccable, and maintenance of facilities like lifts, CCTV, and security is very well-managed. Our neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Our society building is 43 years old, so there are occasional issues like seepage, but the maintenance team takes care of it. The society was painted recently. read more

Things need improvement

During the rainy season, there can be some waterlogging issues around the society, causing a bit of inconvenience. Being an old building of 43 years, we don't have modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, garden, or playground here. Otherwise, everything is running very smoothly, and we don't have any major problems here. read more

There is seepage in the houses, and water leakage in the walls. gym, swimming pool, garden, clubs are not in the society, parking issue are also there in the society. read more

Connectivity of society is good with availability of cabs and autos . No issues with water electricity supply. There are amenities like swimming pool, gym , clubhouse and park. People in the society are friendly . read more

Things need improvement

There is little leakage , seepage in the building but its manageable . The swimming pool is not well maintained . No other issues in the society. Except these two issues , this society is a great place to live in. read more
