Local shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores are conveniently located nearby. The presence of metro and railway stations nearby adds to the accessibility of transportation options. Regular garbage collection is carried out on time by the society, maintaining cleanliness. Ample parking space is available within the society. The society experiences consistent water supply and electricity, with prompt resolution of any issues within one to two hours. No seepage or leakage issues have been encountered, indicating good construction quality in the tower. Rooms are well-ventilated, providing a comfortable living environment. The society boasts a good security system, with functional CCTV cameras installed throughout. A small swimming pool is available for residents' recreation and relaxation. Festivals and events are celebrated within the society, fostering a sense of community among residents. read more

The society is very good. The security is excellent, and there are no issues with the water supply or power cuts as there is a power backup. Additionally, the society is very clean, with timely garbage collection and excellent maintenance. The lifts are well-maintained, and the construction quality is also good, with regular painting and no seepage issues. Furthermore, the people in the society are very nice, friendly, and cooperative. There is no metro station near the society, so one has to go a bit further for that, but apart from that, the connectivity is fine. In my opinion, there is nothing in the society that needs improvement; it is already well-maintained. However, the society lacks basic amenities such as a swimming pool, garden, clubhouse,�or�park. read more

Good things here

The connectivity is excellent; taxis and buses are readily available nearby, and the roads near the society are in good condition. Water is available 24/7. Maintenance work, including repairing leaks, is currently underway in the society. The residents are decent, and the maintenance charges are reasonable. read more

Good things here

We're fortunate to have excellent connectivity, with public transport options like autos, cabs, and even a metro station just a short walk away. Nearby, there are plenty of local shops, supermarkets, schools, restaurants, and hospitals, ensuring all our needs are easily met. The roads are well-maintained, and street lights provide safety and visibility, even at night. Parking is never a concern, thanks to the ample space available. I'm relieved that we don't face any water supply issues, making daily life much smoother. Things need improvement

Unfortunately, we don't have amenities like a gym or a playhouse, which can be disappointing for those looking to stay active or entertain their children within the community. The construction quality of our buildings is average, leading to issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems, which can be frustrating for residents and require ongoing maintenance. Additionally, the maintenance of amenities leaves much to be desired. Cleaning efforts often fall short, and the entrances aren't kept as tidy as they should be, detracting from the overall appeal of the society. One of the biggest concerns is the security situation. Outsiders are allowed into the society without proper inquiry, which poses a risk to residents' safety. On top of these issues, the unfriendly behavior and misconduct of some residents further contribute to a negative atmosphere in the society, making it less enjoyable to live here. read more
