The apartment is on the 4th floor with a beautiful view of the ciy as well as the nice view of the garden from the living room balcony. The Apartment building has ample parking space, private garden and is gated apartment with 24 hours lift power backup. The building is situated in the main vicinity of the premium Manish Nagar with easy access to Airport, Wardha Road by Flyover bridge / underpass and has wide new cement road. the locality has several significant drawbacks. Frequent water shortages, water shortages is persistent issue, making everyday tasks more difficult. There are limited green spaces and parks, traffic congestion is severe, especially during peak hours, adding stress and delay to travel. They has high cost of living. read more

the nearby local markets are fantastic, offering wide range of services and products. They're easily accessible, well-organized and provide great shoping experience for all needs. I didn't face any water shortage, there are no water shortage. The road in our locality are well-maintained ensuring smooth travel.Traffic is generally well- managed, even during monsoons with minimal clogging.
