There is a grocery store just 5 minutes away. Covered and uncovered parking is available for everyone. However, amenities like a gym, swimming pool, play area, or garden are not available in the society. Festivals like Holi and Diwali are celebrated enthusiastically, and the neighbors are very friendly. read more

Things need improvement

Public transport is not available right next to the society; one has to walk to the main road, which can be inconvenient for senior citizens. The alley leading from the society to the main road is very crowded, especially due to the shops, making it difficult to navigate. Although all amenities are available in the society, maintenance is lacking; residents often need to repeatedly complain to get things fixed, and regular maintenance is not done properly. Garbage collection and cleaning are also not up to the mark. The construction quality is average; those who have done renovation work after moving in have found things to be better. The maintenance of lifts, CCTV, and security is also not done properly. read more

The society has good connectivity, with easily available public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good condition. Each resident has excellent designated parking, and the rules are followed, which is nice. Amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. Elevators are installed and maintained, and the presence of CCTV cameras and security guards adds to the sense of security. read more

Things need improvement

The biggest downside is that markets are not nearby, so we often have to rely on online services or travel to a supermarket. Maintenance in the society is very poor; nothing is done on time, and residents have to handle most of the maintenance themselves. The construction quality is also lacking, with frequent seepage issues. read more

People here are very good natured and engaging, we do celebrate festivals together. It�۪s good to live here actually. Connectivity here is good with parking facilities available, and autos and cabs easily accessible. Maintenance here is also good with lift and garbage collection facilities provided. Construction of the building is also okay with proper ventilation and no cracks . There are all the amenities available such as gyms, swimming pools and club houses. Overall, its a good place to live in with good neighbourhood and good maintenance facilities. read more

Sometimes, there are problems relating to seepage. There are traffic problems on the road outside the society, Apart from this, everything is okay here. It's a decent and a very pleasant place to live in . read more

People here are good but they are not very interactive; everyone tends to be busy in their own life, which is to some extent reasonable as most of them are working. Else, everything here is good and it is well maintained too. It feels nice to live here. read more
