Good things here

Ventilation was very good. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, and garden were all available, and the garden had good greenery as well. Maintenance of facilities like lifts and CCTV cameras was also done properly. The maintenance charges per month are 2500 rupees. Covered parking was allotted for everyone. Around the society, there were malls, markets, restaurants, hospitals, and schools. read more

Things need improvement

When there were electricity problems in the society, the electricians took a long time to come. The street outside the society was a problem for other residents, but it didn't bother me because I love dogs. There was a slight issue with seepage. The quality of the society's roads was very poor and never stayed fixed, which caused waterlogging during the rainy season. There was no metro station in that area, and schools like DPS were not nearby the society. read more

I have no issues at all. Everything here is fantastic. Maintenance is top-notch and always quick to respond. All the amenities, like the garden, playground, and community hall, are well-maintained and available for use. Security is great, with CCTV and ample parking for both residents and guests. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming. Connectivity is excellent, with easy access to public transport and main roads. The construction is solid, with no leaks or cracks. read more

Transportation connectivity is good with metro, cab and autos easily available nearby. CCTVs and elevators are installed in the society. Construction quality is fine. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse and Play area are available. People are friendly and cooperative. They celebrate all the festivals together. read more

The infrastructure upkeep is commendable. Cleanliness is also prioritized. Transportation services are readily available, metro stations, cabs, and auto-rickshaws are easily accessible without much hassle. All amenities are present and well-maintained, and there have been no complaints from anyone. read more
