Shela is a well-maintained, safe neighborhood with easy access to essential amenities like hospitals, schools and shopping centres.The area enjoys relatively low pollution and a pleasant environment , with regular upkeep of streets and infrastructure.It benifits from reliable water and electricity supply,a nearby market ,and several high-quality hotels for dining and accommodation. read more
