Markets are conveniently located within a short walking distance of just 100 meters from the society. The construction quality in the society is commendable, even from my experience four years ago. Furthermore, the residents are known for their friendly and cooperative nature, fostering a welcoming community atmosphere. read more

Additionally, essential amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are lacking. The maintenance charges are expensive, adding to residents' financial burden. Having grocery shops and markets conveniently located right in front of the society can be very convenient for residents. Additionally, cabs are easily available inside the society if we book through Ola. read more

Baguiati is a locality in Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation of North 24 Parganas district in the Indian state of West Bengal. It is close to Kolkata and also a part of the area covered by the Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA). Baguiati lies off the Kazi Nazrul Islam Sarani, popularly known as VIP Road, in the north eastern periphery of Kolkata. It is developing into an important commercial and trade center. Lake Town, Dum Dum Park, Krishnapur (more popularly known as Kestopur), Teghoria, Kaikhali, New Town, and Salt Lake cities are the nearby areas of Baguiati. Baguiati is a prominent locality placed on the VIP Road. The locality is a residential hub in the north-eastern part of Kolkata. It comes under the jurisdiction of Bidhan Nagar Municipal Corporation and is a part of the Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA).
