Living among good-natured folks who celebrate festivals together creates a warm community vibe. It's convenient to have a nearby market, and good ventilation is always a plus. Plus, the allowance for pets and maintained cleanliness make for a comfortable living environment. read more

Things need improvement

It's a bit inconvenient that autos are scarce around the society during the afternoon. The prevalent issue of leakage is definitely a concern that needs addressing. While there are modern amenities, they're nothing out of the ordinary. The lack of sunlight reaching the flats due to nearby constructions is a drawback. Dealing with a significant number of stray dogs adds to the challenges. Moreover, the limited water supply, parking spaces, and greenery contribute to the overall shortcomings. read more

The society has allotted parking with both indoor and outdoor facilities, ensures timely painting, maintains good society upkeep, provides 24/7 electricity with backup, offers amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and park (though the park is under development), and is populated by friendly residents. read more

Things need improvement

The roads near the society are in poor condition, making it challenging to find autos and cabs easily. Additionally, the society's development outside the city is stagnant. The lift, although installed, is average and often experiences breakdowns due to technical issues. There are occasional water shortages, poor ventilation in some flats, significant problems with seepage and cracks, and the amenities are not well maintained, raising concerns about hygiene. read more

Good things here

The society has very friendly and helpful neighbors. Due to the society's lively nature anyone could easily be a part of the society. Also, the society has a moderate quality of construction, since it is an old building otherwise the society is very welcoming. read more

Things need improvement

However, the disappointing part of the society is that it sometimes does not have clean water, due to uncleaned tanks or even sometimes has major water supply issues. There are also some issues with the electricity supply. And speaking of the connectivity then only a toto or an auto is available, and society is very far from metro connectivity. read more

Good things here

Transportation is good as you can easily find autos and rickshaws as soon as you step outside the society. Nearby, there are local shops, markets, and malls. The society has amenities like a playground and a garden. read more

Things need improvement

However, there are no cultural events here, and there are often arguments and fights among people, requiring police intervention. The environment is very dirty; I have never seen such a bad society in my life. Air ventilation is very poor, and sunlight doesn't come into my room at all���it's completely dark. Maintenance is also not very good. read more

It is completely risk-free and secure, allowing you to live comfortably. Shopping can be done at nearby malls and shops, which are only a few minutes' walk away. Everything is easily accessible, including good colleges, shops, and other amenities. The connectivity is very good as it hardly takes some time to reach the public transport or get a cab a doorstep. Ample parking space for residents and visitors is available. It is much safer place for family and working parents who can work in office without thinking twice about the safety of their family members. I feel that the prices are nit higher as compared to the competitors otherwise it is a good place to invest or live. read more
