Good things here

All modern amenities are available and well-maintained in the society. Festivals are celebrated here. Cleanliness is maintained. There is 24*7 water supply. Maintenance charges are justified. Residents are good and friendly. There is no issue of leakage or seepage. The construction quality is good. read more

Things need improvement

The society's connectivity is a major issue as shared autos are not readily available. Auto drivers are not willing to go with just one passenger; one has to wait until there are enough passengers for the auto to depart. read more

The society is situated in a prime area with excellent connectivity to autos, buses, and cabs. It offers amenities like a gym and swimming pool, all of which are fully functional and well-managed. The neighbors are very friendly, and there are no issues with seepage or leakage in the flats. read more

In my opinion, everything in the society is pretty awesome. I enjoy living here, and there is no need for any improvements. The people in the society are also friendly. read more

Ventilation is good, sunlight comes in well. The residents are very good, decent. Festivals are celebrated together. There is 24*7 water supply in the society. Ventilation in the flat is also good, plenty of sunlight comes in. Lifts are well maintained. Cleanliness is up to the mark. read more

Things need improvement

Autos are not readily available near the society. If there are enough passengers, the auto drivers are willing to go to different places, but if there's only one passenger, they refuse to take them. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the main road from the society. Bus services have recently started, but they do not pass through the main road, making it difficult to get off at the main road. Tutors are reluctant to come to the society to teach children because there are no autos available for commuting. The construction quality of the society is very poor. The community market in the society has hardly 4-5 shops, and even for buying sweets, one has to go to the main market, which is very far away. There are no footpaths built near the society, only a cycling track, which has made the roads narrow. The lack of footpaths near the society leads to issues, as seen a few days ago when a person was hit by a car while walking along the road near the society. There should be a club for old age people in the society. Security is not good; there are only 3-4 CCTV cameras, and some young people come and go on bikes near the society at night, which doesn't seem secure. Metro work is carried out near the society at night, causing disturbance. There are no medical facilities or clinics near the society. read more

Things need improvement

One major frustration with this society is the lack of easy auto accessibility. Ride-sharing services and taxis often struggle to locate the correct entrance, leading to confusion and delays. The drop-off points are poorly designed and far from most blocks, making it inconvenient for elderly residents or when carrying heavy groceries. During peak hours or rainy seasons, getting an auto or cab is nearly impossible due to the society's location off the main road. read more
