Good things here

In that area, we used to celebrate many festivals like Durga Puja, Diwali, and Holi. Everyone enjoyed them together a lot. The maintenance was very good with regular garbage collection and cleaning. The upkeep of facilities like lifts, CCTV, and others was also very good. We had all modern amenities like a gym, clubhouse, play area, and gardens � everything was available. There were public transport options nearby such as autos, rickshaws, and buses, making it convenient for everyone. Parking was allotted for everyone, with both covered and uncovered options available. read more

Things need improvement

However, there was no nearby metro station; we had to go to Dum Dum for the metro. Grocery stores, supermarkets, and hospitals were not close to the society. There was a play area in the society, but it needed better maintenance as there were a lot of mosquitoes. When I was there, the swimming pool was under construction. The fitting of bathroom pipes was not done correctly; water used to leak there instead of flowing properly. Overall, it was a place where we enjoyed festivals together and had good amenities, but there were some areas that needed improvement like the maintenance of the play area and proper fitting of bathroom fixtures. read more

Good things here

Schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently nearby. Public transport, including buses, autos, and cabs, is easily available, and the roads are good. Garbage collection is regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The elevators are installed and well-maintained, and the electricity and water supply are reliable. Modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, always supporting each other in times of need. read more

Things need improvement

However, there are some issues. There is a problem with seepage and termites, and when Cyclone Amphan came in 2020, the whole rooms got filled with water. There is no swimming pool available. Additionally, the security guards did not properly check people who visited more than 2-3 times, assuming they were part of the society. read more

Good things here

Maintenance charges are collected every three months, and if not utilized, they are deducted from the next maintenance charges. The housekeeping staff is efficient, and cleanliness is maintained well. Lifts are well-maintained, and festivals are celebrated nicely. There are no cracks in the flats. Autos and buses are available near the society, and there are no traffic issues. The roads are in good condition. read more

Things need improvement

In the flats on the floor above mine, there is a leakage issue in the bathroom, and the same problem exists in other flats as well. Some residents are good while others are quite quarrelsome. Additionally, we do not receive drinking water from the municipal corporation; instead, we get our drinking water from the society's groundwater, which requires purification using an RO filter. read more

Good things here

Autos and buses are easily available near the society. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. All modern amenities are present and well maintained. Cleanliness is maintained in the society. Water is available 24/7. Residents are cooperative, and various events are conducted very well in the society. read more

Things need improvement

The local railway station is not close to the society, and you need to take an auto to reach it. A new metro station is under construction, but it is also 1. 5 km away from the society. The water tanks in the society are not cleaned regularly. In my flat, only one room receives sunlight. read more

Good things here

My experience in the society was really good as the schools, hospitals, and markets were nearby. Each resident had proper parking, and autos and cabs were easily available. Garbage collection was regular and the electricity and water supply was 24hrs available. There were no seepage or termite issues faced by me. The gym and clubhouse were also available and well-maintained and also I had not faced any issues with my neighbors. read more

The dislike or Improvement which I would say could be Improved was regarding the road construction quality as it was not up to the mark and could have been better. read more
