Good things here

The area is bustling with activity, featuring general stores, grocery shops, restaurants, fashion outlets, electronic stores, doctor clinics, schools, nursing homes and recreational parks(e.g. Keshav Vatika) We have lived in the area for 27 years, during which we have witnessed the area's transformation into one of Kanpur's most prominent residential hubs. read more

Things need improvement

With a lot of food outlets and shops opening in the area, it's no more peaceful in the evening. Most old people are leaving the area and new folks are coming in. read more

Good things here

I am pretty show that this was the best decision of taking a plot in the locality where the quality of roads are very good and electricity charges are also reasonable. this is well maintained locality without any pollution issues. read more

Things need improvement

Only the problem is I have not seen a great school in the locality. But there is no need of school for me as I am a person who is doing job. read more

Good things here

Kalyanpur is rapidly developing with a lot of private and government projects. It is the nearest hub for students that are studying in nearby engineering colleges or preparing for IIT in Kakadeo. There's a metro station and Kanpur University is just few kms away. read more

Things need improvement

Extremely poor roads and encroachment being done by house owners making it congested. Most roads get potholes during the rainy season and increasing traffic is making it worse. Vegetable vendors have permanently occupied the roadside near Kesco substation of Awas Vikas Colony. read more

Good things here

Yes , there are easily availability of schools , mall and restaurants in my locality . Electricity charges are frequently low and power cuts are very less in my locality .No there is no crime has been happened till now. Yes there you can find it markets as well as malls easily. No I don't face any water shortage in my locality. read more

I dislike about the place is that roads are not up to the mark . I feel that the pollution is more just because of so much traffic. read more
