The society is conveniently located near a highway with easy access to public transport. There are no traffic issues, and the nearby roads are well-maintained. Malls and restaurants are conveniently situated nearby. There are no problems with leakage or seepage in the society. All modern amenities are available for residents' convenience. Water is accessible 24/7, and cleanliness is well-maintained throughout the premises. The residents are decent and cooperative, contributing to a harmonious community atmosphere. The society boasts ample greenery, and there is sufficient parking for residents. The maintenance charges are justified given the facilities and services provided. read more
Things need improvement
In the society, there is no designated inside parking available for visitors; they are required to park their cars outside. Additionally, there is no airport or railway station within 1 km of the society. read more

We enjoy continuous water supply round the clock, maintain cleanliness well, have cooperative residents, and offer amenities such as a swimming pool, play area, and garden. Flats are free from any leak or seepage issues, and auto-rickshaws are readily available nearby. read more
Things need improvement
There isn't a gym available in our society. Power backup is specifically provided for common areas and lifts, not for individual flats. read more

Good things here
There are good schools and hospitals near by the society. There is club house,gym,kids play area in the society which is well eqquioed and functional. Allocated parking is available for owners. Auto,cabs are easily approachable,metro and bus services are easily available near by the society. 24 hours water and power is available in the society. All the festivals are celebrated in the society socialism is really good. read more
Things need improvement
Maintenace charges are bit high in the society. Power back up facilities are not available as it is way to expensive then normal power supply. There is no swimming pool in the society. Allocated parking space is not available anyone can park randomly anywhere which is inconvenient sometimes. read more

The construction quality is a little poor, evident in wall seepage and leakage issues. Paintings are not done. Amenities like a gym and swimming pool are not available. read more
