The Apartment building has ample parking space, private garden and is gated apartment with 24 hours lift power backup. The building is situated in the main vicinity of the premium Manish Nagar with easy access to Airport, Wardha Road by Flyover bridge / underpass and has wide new cement road. There are all the necessary shops near by including fruit / vegetable vendors. Also is very near to some reputed schools and hospitals. read more

the locality has several significant drawbacks. Frequent water shortages, water shortages is persistent issue, making everyday tasks more difficult.
