Good things here

There is an NMC bus stop near the house from where buses are easily available. There are many good schools and colleges nearby. Electricity and water supply is good. The hospital is also at some distance from the House. Medical stores are nearby. public transportation facility is good. Taxi, rickshaw are easily available to go anywhere. The size of the room in the house is also good. read more

Things need improvement

This place is not safe for children during the night. In the evening or on the day when weekly market is held, a lot of traffic jams can be seen on the road. read more

Good things here

The Locality is good, almost all the basic facilities are available here. There are schools, Hospitals, Market for vegetables and Meat, supermarket, About the commute part, so there are autos and rickshaws available every time to travel around the city. Also the government Buses are active here. The metro work is in progress and there will be a stop in coming 2 years. The City Railway Station is just at a walkable distance of 20 minutes or one can reach there by personal or public transport within 15 minutes. The airport is also within 10 km. Apart from that there are beautiful parks here. read more

Things need improvement

The thing that is mostly to be disliked here is cleanliness around. Dirt's and garbage's are found around on the streets as city municipality is least bothered to collect and clean them. Too much crowd, parking is a big problem here as local vendors and local autos captures most part of the roads, and safety is not that good. Also in summer there are often power cut issues. Also the rents are pretty high for both residential and commercials compared to other localities. read more

Wanawari is very close to major business hubs which are within 10 kilometres. Wanawari is a central location in Pune which has easy access to several schools , healthcare facilities, railway station and airport. It has an excellent connectivity to major roads and places with good transport. This place has a wide range of residential and housing options for affordable prices. There are frequent police patrolling also. read more

Things need improvement

There are lack of open spaces and green spaces in this place. This area experience heavy traffic during peak hours and this traffic results in noise pollution and sometimes air pollution. There are several issues in water supply and waiste management system also. Popular markets are frequenty overcrowded. read more

Shopping malls, hospitals, schools, banks are there. There is good public as well as private transportation and no traffic read more

Footpaths are encroached by street vendors. There is not enough parking space in the area, just like in whole of patna read more

Good things here

The shopping mall, banks are within less than 1km. In nearby areas also two beautiful green park available with well maintained plants and flowers which is free of cost and also railway station,govt bus, auto cab easily available at walkable distance read more

Things need improvement

Somewhere path holes on road that's why in rain many places road were cover with water almost 4-5days when rain happened. Also due to work dust pollution is major cause. Sometimes auto or cab driver behaviour is not good they charge extra amount for ride in this area read more
