Transportation connectivity was satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos nearby. Maintenance was excellent with proper cleanliness and garbage removal. Residents were friendly and cooperative.
Construction quality was average. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were not available. Construction quality was average due to old infrastructure.

Garbage collection is done on time. Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. Open spaces are available in the society people are overall good and social in the society.
The society is always not maintained and kept clean, common stairs and terrace areas are not kept clean and timely maintainance is not done. Regular cleaning is not done. Sometimes lifts doen't work properly but that is resolved on time. The constructuion quality is average in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in my flat in the society. Wall quality is not good. Parking system needs to be improved.

The location of this society is good, the price is affordable, which means you will get your flat at a very reasonable price and around the society you will get small market and auto cabs and there is government electricity supply in the society, so there is no problem for everyone and there is space for parking too. For those who are owners.
There's no nearby metro, and the society lacks basic security systems like security guards, CCTV cameras, and fire safety measures. There are no amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, or gym. Additionally, there are many problems within the society, like plaster falling off the walls, but the society members don't provide any solutions. The maintenance is very poor overall.

It was really easy to find autos, metro, and buses near our society for transportation. We don't have any issues with water supply inside the society; it's very reliable. The construction quality of the buildings in our society is also very good. Plus, each apartment has a balcony, which is a nice space to have.
The hospital was a bit far from our society, and there were no markets or malls nearby. We had to travel far for everything, including the vegetable market. Inside the society, there were no amenities like a gym, clubhouse, parking area, or playground.

Autos and buses are readily available around the Samiti, and the roads are of good quality. Nearby, you'll find everything from small markets to hospitals. Any issues within the Samiti can be resolved within a few hours. The construction quality in the society is also good, ensuring proper ventilation and sunlight. Neighbors are friendly and helpful, and there have been no problems with pet dogs or pet care. Elevators and other facilities are well-maintained too.
Metro facilities are not here, it is being built right now, so there is some problem in transportation and all the immunities that should be there in the committee are nothing, like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, etc.

Owner is taking care of maintenance services . connectivity is the best thing. nearby public transport,markets,malls are easy to catch.

Community hall, entrance lobby, sewage treatment plant, CCTV camera, Earthquake resistant building, power backup lift, rainwater harvesting, jogging track and vast complaint apartments with close proximity to the local malls, markets, hospitals, schools and colleges.Police patrolling is done regularly which further enhance the security of the entire area. Nice construction and good local area where you can go for shopping. There is no power supply or water supply issues here. Spacious and well-constructed homes with great view.

Balaji Residency price ranges from 32.71 Lacs to 48.88 Lacs. The parking space is ample for residents and visitors. Schools, colleges, shopping malls are available at a walking distance. Good condition of roads and green trees and street lights alongside them keeps the environment fresh. You can do jogging or evening walks as there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere to take care of the safety. Connectivity is also good and you can avail the public transport facilities without any hassle or just book a cab to reach anywhere quickly.
