The building is located around 150 ft from the main road which reduces the sound, dust and air pollution, read more

The apartment is having silent generator, two lifts, two stairs, fire fighting system, separate security guard for day & night, high security boundary and main gate with CCTV, uninterrupted water supply by bore-well, municipal supply and a well. read more

This place may not have that many good schools. Due to poor education , the children here do not study well.. read more

streetlight are always on no need to worry about it. you will have to pay for electricity bill. power cut is less. no criminal history in this area.it safe with family and friends . clean area and surrounding. read more
