Every resident has a designated parking spot, and the rules are strictly followed. There is regular garbage collection with wet and dry waste segregation, and reliable electricity and water supply. The society is well-connected with easy access to public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good shape, and schools, hospitals, and markets are close by. Amenities like a gym, garden, play area, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly. Elevators work well, and there are security guards for safety. read more

Public transport was easily accessible, with autos available right in front of the society. The residents were decent and cooperative, and festivals were celebrated together. The flats had good ventilation and received ample sunlight. read more
The society had two types of blocks: one for higher-income groups and another for medium-income groups. We lived in the medium-income group flats, which did not have any modern amenities. These amenities were only available to the higher-income group flats. read more
