Great location maximum 5 mins walk - everything is nearby- hospitals, markets, schools, metro station, railway station, public transport, cabs, restaurants. Extremely peaceful, No waterlogging even on heaviest rains, regular municipal cleaning, free parking for both 2 and 4 wheelers. No neighbor interference. Terrace- 24*7 accessible.
