Good things here

The society offers impressive amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, gymnasium, and podium, all of which are in excellent condition and fully operational. The neighbors are supportive and friendly, contributing to a welcoming community vibe. The lifts are well-maintained and regularly serviced to ensure they work smoothly. Moreover, the daily garbage collection is efficiently managed, reflecting good planning and organization. read more

Things need improvement

There aren't any taxi services close to the neighborhood, and there aren't any malls nearby either. The roads outside the neighborhood are in bad shape because of ongoing construction, which causes a lot of problems and safety risks. The building itself isn't constructed well, with issues like leaking water. Also, there's not enough water supply, and there aren't any security cameras around for safety. read more

Good things here

Transportation may be standard in this location, but it's still reliable enough to get around. The buildings might be average, but the friendly atmosphere created by the people more than makes up for it. Plus, having schools and hospitals nearby adds to the convenience of living here. read more

Not having a metro nearby for transportation is a big hassle. But what's even worse is that the people in the area aren't friendly at all. read more

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. Water supply is good in the society. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Drainage system is good in the society, water logging issues are not faced. read more

Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. read more

Good things here

Shifted 2 years back. Transportation connectivity was satisfactory with availability of cabs and buses. Maintenance was great with timely disposal of garbage. Construction quality was good with new buildings and infrastructure. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available. Residents were friendly and cooperative. read more

Hospitals and schools are available nearby. Online fecilities are delivered easily in this society. Open space parks and open gym is available in the society. Garden is available in the society. read more

Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are not easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is a bit issues. It takes more than one hour to get auto and rikshaws There are no nearby Markets, grocery, mall, restaurants are not available around the society The construction quality of the buildings is average, seepage and leakage issues are seen in the flats. People are not that cooperative and friendly in the society, there is no equality maintained in the society, sometimes without any reason quarrels happens in the society and timely problems are not resolved. People don't have patience for any improvements that's done in the society. Stray dog issues are faced a lot inside the society premises. Even pet dogs makes the society dirty as owners does not take any responsibility for it. The society is not kept clean and timely maintainance is not done. Swimmingpool and club house are not available in the society. read more
