I've only recently moved here. The location is ideal for shopping (supermarkets, fish, chicken, fruit shops, restaurants (currently exploring), etc.). The most of the day had excellent breezes and breeze. Beautiful sunset/sunrise views depending on which side you are on.

Beautiful and well-kept civilization. Apartments are big and equipped with all necessary conveniences. The construction quality is likewise excellent, far superior to that of many other builders. The maintenance fees are a bit pricey for the amenities supplied, which is a disadvantage. On the other side, the organisation is really helpful and active. My family and I reside here as tenants. This is the nicest site on the planet in my opinion. People in my street are friendly. Language is not an issue for me because I am not Malayali. Our building's caretaker is always willing to assist. Overall, I am really happy with my decision to stay here.

Among the greatest apartments in Kochi. It is close to the info park and smart city. Good atmosphere, excellent balcony view, and facilities. Security is available around the clock. They have a well-kept gym and a small playground for children. Overall, a pleasant place to stay.
