rajarhat Kolkata though a growing urban hub, has its downsides. the area faces frequent traffic congestion, especially during peak hours, and public transport options are limited. some parts still lack essential infrastructure, such as proper drainage and well-maintained roads. for those commuting to central kolkata, the distance can be inconvenient. while modern, many areas feel isolated due to unfinished projects and spares amenities like schools, markets, and hospital. Our locality is located on the bank of the ocean. The beautiful view of the ocean can be seen from the top of the apartment. And the facilities available here are, good drinking water, schools, hospitals, good transport facility, parks. This place is ideal in the location and the facilities. read more

first of all this place have lots of good things like easily accessible for cabs auto and other public transportations. low traffic on night and morning time. and the best thing is hospital, Bank, ATM, local market nearby accessible. nearby residents are very decent and friendly. roads are safe for night for women. street light work properly. Never heard of any crime here. pollution free area and low power cut zone read more

Good things here
The neighborhood is clean and very well connected through public transports. Streetlights are kept ON throughout the night . Roads are safe for ladies even after 9 PM. No history of crime is reported in the vicinity. NO waterlogging during monsoon. Decent and helpful neighbors mostly working in corporate sectors. The best part I love about this place is the convenience in living as markets, groceries, schools, hospitals,, restaurants all are in a stone throw distance. read more
