The mall, like Vishal Mart, is within 4 km from the house, and the multispecialty hospital (Jayadeva Cardio Hospital, Chandrakhala) is within 5 km. Uber and Ola services are available, and public transport like the bus stand is near (1 km). The property is situated on the top floor, which provides privacy for the tenant and a top view of the neighborhood and also temple. The house is close to the temple(200m) one can see it from the room. read more

The power cuts are not frequent, but if any maintenance comes, then the power will be cut from morning to evening. The frequency of this kind of power cut is rare, like every six months on Sunday. read more
