There is a superb commercial office space near the road behind Fun Mall, featuring ample parking and close proximity to schools and hospitals. The public transport is also average here. read more
Things need improvement
There are no nearby parks or metro stations, and pollution from the road is a concern. The area sees significant foot traffic due to the presence of hospitals and shops nearby. It may feel uncomfortable to the families which has children to go out like parks. read more

The plot is just 300 meters from Avinsahi main road and 250 meters from Vijay Elanza. The plot still has an old house with two water connections and EB connections. Clear docuemnts and titles read more
