The connectivity is excellent as autos are readily available near the society, and the railway station is right in front of it. The airport is just 15 minutes away from the society. The society is located in the center of Kolkata. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The residents are decent, and festivals are celebrated. There is 24*7 water supply, and cleanliness is well-maintained. The painting was done just last year. read more

Things need improvement

The railway station near the society tends to get crowded, causing traffic in the area. The security in the society was recently changed about 3-4 months ago and is not yet as efficient. There has been some damage to the compound wall at the back of the society, which is adjacent to the railway station, and getting permission for repairs has been a bit of an issue. read more

Inside the society, there are swings and other facilities for children to play on the terrace. There is also a lake within the society premises where people go for walks. Nearby, you can find everything from metro, railway, buses, auto-rickshaws to cabs. The people are very helpful and friendly. Each flat is designed with proper ventilation for sunlight and fresh air. There are emergency fire extinguishers available as well. Additionally, there are vegetable markets and grocery shops nearby. read more

Things need improvement

The society doesn't have a clubhouse or a designated children's play area. It's challenging when pet dogs and cats relieve themselves anywhere, causing inconvenience. Due to the nearby railway station and daily market, there's a lot of noise. Additional charges are imposed for parking, and there's no garden available. read more
