Living in our society is incredibly convenient and comfortable. With various modes of public transportation readily available outside, including autos, buses, and cabs, getting around is effortless. I really appreciate the effort put into maintaining our society. It's kept clean and hygienic, with separate collection of wet and dry waste, which is great for environmental sustainability. Any issues that arise are promptly resolved, ensuring a smooth living experience for everyone. the quality of construction in our buildings means we don't have to worry about seepage or leakage issues. Plus, proper ventilation and ample sunlight in my flat make it a comfortable and pleasant space to live in. One of the best parts about living here is the friendly and cooperative atmosphere. Our neighbors are wonderful, and it really feels like a community where everyone looks out for each other. With CCTV cameras installed for added security and lifts available for convenience, I feel safe and comfortable in our society. read more

Plumbing issues and delayed maintenance are also challenges that affect the overall functionality and aesthetics of the society, particularly considering its age. Additionally, the absence of facilities and amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or play area for kids may limit recreational options for residents and detract from the overall appeal of the community. Local transport facilities were easily approachable near the society, and there were schools and hospitals nearby, contributing to a high quality of life outside the society. The locality was overall good, with all essential items easily accessible. Internally, the rooms were well-designed with two-way ventilation. The society provided 24x7 water and electricity supply. Safety was ensured with guards at the gate and CCTVs in all areas. Both owners and visitors had ample open parking space in the society, so there was no inconvenience regarding�parking. read more

There is no metro station nearby the society, and cleanliness was not up to the mark, being conducted only on alternate days. The surrounding area was not great, and there were frequent clashes between neighbors. Additionally, there were minor issues with leakages and seepages, indicating that the build quality was just average. The society lacks amenities, with only a small clubhouse that is not well-maintained and one open park provided. The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, rikshaw, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. collages, schools and markets all are nearby the society. Online delivery apps are fine. Roads are in good condition. Street lights are in working condition. Metro is also nearby. Maintenance of the society is very good. Wet and dry waste are collected seperately. Water and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society which is amazing. The road quality outside the society is perfectly fine. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. The rooms in my flats are properly ventilated and throughout the year proper sunlight is received in all the rooms. Layout is good. Building quality is good, The constructuion quality is good in the society. read more

In my experience, I found the connectivity of the society to be excellent. Nearby malls, restaurants, hospitals, children's hospitals, schools, and markets were all easily accessible. Grocery shopping was convenient, and overall connectivity was great. Additionally, my experience with everything else was quite good. The construction quality was good, with well-ventilated flats, and maintenance services were efficient. There were no issues with water supply or power cuts, and the elevators were properly maintained. All amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and card room were available and well-maintained. The residents of the society were also�very�helpful. read more
