Good things here

I'm really glad to hear that we haven't had any water crisis concerns reported. It means I can count on having water whenever I need it, which is such a relief since I rely on it every day. The security measures here also make me feel safe and at ease. Knowing our property is well-protected gives me peace of mind, and feeling secure in my own home is so important to me. Having a market nearby is super convenient too. It makes it easy to grab groceries or run errands without having to go too far. Plus, having designated parking spots makes parking worries a thing of the past. It's nice to know I always have a reliable spot for my car. read more

Things need improvement

It's really disheartening to see the challenges with how some residents interact with dogs in our community. I think if we could implement better pet management practices, it might help ease this issue and make our environment more harmonious for everyone, including pet owners. As for the lift situation, it's definitely concerning and inconvenient when they're not working properly due to misuse or mishandling. Regarding amenities, I have to say it's disappointing that we don't have a swimming pool or gym. Having those facilities would definitely improve our quality of life and encourage a healthier lifestyle. read more

Good things here

The society boasted all the modern amenities and was impeccably maintained. It was clean, with no problems of leakage or seepage in the flats. We had a constant water supply round the clock, and auto-rickshaws were readily available for transportation. Traffic was never a hassle, and garbage collection was carried out diligently every day. With friendly and cooperative residents, the atmosphere in the society was peaceful and harmonious. read more

Things need improvement

The lifts were frequently dirty and poorly maintained, which was a disappointment. Unfortunately, cleanliness wasn't a priority, and the overall upkeep of the society left much to be desired. Parking was limited to owners only, leaving tenants without designated spots. Additionally, the roads outside the society were in poor condition, adding to the inconvenience. read more

Good things here

The society was well connected, we used to get public transport such as autos and cabs easily. People were helpful & friendly and good natured. No issues with seepage & leakage. There were also no issues regarding water supply and electricity supply. The security was top notch ensuring safety of the residents. Garbage was also connected on time, ensuring cleanliness in society. ventilation is good too. Public parks were available here which caters to recreational facilities. read more

I did not face any issues while living there. One thing that the society lacks is amenities such as gym, swimming pools and club house. These should have been provided for better services and convenience. read more

Good things here

Autos and shopping malls are conveniently located near the society. There are no traffic issues, and the roads outside the society are in good condition. Water is available 24/7, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats. There is a garden in the society, and festivals are celebrated. The residents are decent, and the society is clean. The lifts are well-maintained, and there are no issues with power cuts in the society. read more
