Good things here

I did not face any ceiling and seepage issue in my flats , the people were friendly and coperative in the society read more

Things need improvement

Autos and rikshaw are not available outside the society , the market area is far from the society ,CCTV is there but not sure that was working or not , there is no amenities are there like gym, clubhouse, swimming pool in the society read more

The market area is conveniently located nearby, and outside maintenance is quite good, with features like CCTV cameras and functioning lifts. The society maintains good hygiene standards, and the residents are friendly and cooperative. read more

Getting autos outside the society isn't easy. Although there's a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, they're not open to residents and are also not in good condition. read more

The apartments are spacious and offered at reasonable rents. The society boasts gardens and a parking lot. With minimal pollution, it enjoys a good neighborhood and has several parks nearby. Public transportation options such as autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible outside the society, making connectivity very convenient. The residents are friendly and cooperative, often celebrating cultural festivals and events together. There are no issues with water supply or electricity, both of which are available 24/7 without any problems. Additionally, the society does not face any major issues with stray dogs or pets. read more

Seepage and dampness are prevalent issues in the walls of most flats. The kitchen store room lacks development. The roads within the society are in dire need of renovation and immediate repair work. read more

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Road quality is good outside the society, water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good in the society. Traffic issues are not faced outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced in the society, water is always available. Basement parking space is available. constructuion quality is good in the buuildings, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the buildings. Balcony is available in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. read more
