The area is good for living because most of the area is clean and the roads are properly maintained. There are many trees around this area and the quality of water is good. The buses are easily available and the shopping malls, gym, swimming pools are nearby at walkable distance. The hospitals are nearby . read more
Things need improvement
The area is surrounded by plenty of trees but the problem in our locality is more pollution due to ongoing construction work. The traffic jams are headache during peak hours. The metro connection is far away from this locality. There is no police patrolling and the the market is 6 km away. read more

I personally loved the streets and roads without too much crowd or Traffic and also I feel very clean. In rainy days water don't fallen on local streets. read more

The bad side of that area is about it's location which has good environment and surroundings but, sometimes it might difficult to find a taxi on road so, you have to book a cab or use your personal vehicle. read more

Area - 1775 sq ft 3 bedroom 2 bathroom modular kitchen carpark power backup community center park State govt project of river side project is coming just bang opposite and is in front of the balcony It is exceptionally well located with ring road on one side and four lane road to Gomti Nagar on the other It has a great scenic view from the balcony which will never be blocked due to construction The flat is so well designed that the rooms are spacious and huge... such constructions you will not find in todays construction as all are cramped for room.. read more
