the area is in the prime location. well connected area with 24 hours water and electricity. hospital and schools are easily accessible. nearby local markets. well connected roads and public transport. read more

the city is too crowded and the area has also lots of population. there is lots of waste around this area. there is water lodging specially in the rainy season. crime rates is also conserning specially when you go after 10 pm. read more
