Transportation connectivity is good with availability of cab and autos. CCTVs and elevators are installed in the society. Construction quality is fine with no seepage and leakage issues. There is a small park. Neighbours are friendly and cooperative, and celebrate all festivals together.
Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available.

Regular garbage cleaning keeps the surroundings tidy, and there's also a functioning lift for convenience. Both the internal and external drainage systems are efficient. The construction quality is commendable, with no issues of seepage or leakage. Residents have access to additional amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and parks. Moreover, the community fosters a friendly atmosphere, with regular events and cultural festivals held every two months, enhancing the social experience for residents.
In this community, occasional conflicts arise among members due to differing opinions. While maintenance is above average, there are occasional issues like water logging. Unfortunately, there's no gym available in the society.

Roads are connected to the main road, no water supply issue, no seepage issue i have face since i am living here, walls are strong, Exterior paint is done time to time. There is open space area, kids play area inside the society. People are cooperative here.
Society is too old that's why there is no Gym, Clubhouse in our society.

The construction quality is satisfactory, with no seepage problems. There is a small park within the society and an AMC park outside. The residents are very nice and maintain a peaceful environment.
There is inconvenience due to an increased number of pigeons, causing dirt in balconies and other areas. Additionally, there are no amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or club available. A significant portion of the population is Gujarati, creating a sense of non-belongingness for non-Gujaratis. Some instances of partiality can also be observed for non-Gujaratis.
