We have regular garbage collection to keep the environment clean, and the elevators are well-installed and maintained for reliable service. With 24/7 electricity and water supply, you never have to worry about outages. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites. The buildings have proper ventilation, good plaster, and fitting, and timely painting is done to keep everything looking fresh. Our clubhouse is well-maintained, providing a space for recreation and community activities. The neighborhood is filled with very nice, friendly people, many of whom have been living here for a long time, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I'm pleased to report that within our society, we have no issues with water quality or supply. Maintenance is exceptional, with cleanliness and hygiene meticulously upheld. While we don't have amenities like a swimming pool, we do have a clubhouse and a play area for kids. The atmosphere within the society is friendly and cooperative, with residents fostering a sense of community.
