With car parking, G+4 has been approved by the BBMP and contains 40% open space. All of the amenities are within walking distance of the premises. The apartments are reasonably priced. The management is also responsive and delivers results quickly. There are numerous shops, parks, jogging tracks, and a large green area, all of which contribute to a healthy lifestyle. The roads are well connected and everything is nearby like you can go to the nearest mall in a few minutes only. read more

Further, 81.88% of our total Saleable Area for completed projects were in the mid-market category and affordable housing category (with midmarket and affordable categories accounting for 48.02% and 33.86% respectively), and the remainder in the commercial and office space and luxury housing categories, as of November 30, 2018.
