The locality is safe and all of the necessities available. There is no water shortage 24/7 water supply available. Most of the important school, malls, restaurant available in the locality. No history of crime nowadays the area is safe you and your family. Street light available most of the area. Transportation service is also good cabs, taxi, bus easily accessible. read more

It dislike that the area is crowded, high traffic, pollution. Powercuts occur most of the time. CCTV not available in every area in the flat. read more

Lake Town, Dum Dum Park, Krishnapur (more popularly known as Kestopur), Teghoria, Kaikhali, New Town, and Salt Lake cities are the nearby areas of Baguiati. Baguiati is a prominent locality placed on the VIP Road. The locality is a residential hub in the north-eastern part of Kolkata.
