Good things here

The cost of living in this locality is pretty cheaper than he nearby cities. There are many well reputed schools and colleges nearby making it a good so for students. There are good multi speciality hospitals and clinics nearby. There is a beautiful park with gardens and ponds inside. There are many shops within the society as well. There are plenty of spaces to park vehicles. read more

Things need improvement

The locality lacks safety and security. There are no CCTV cameras installed. There are no police patrolling the area to ensure the safety of the people. There can be crimes often reported. The overpopulation can be very frustrating for many people. It causes heavy traffic jams and high air and noise pollution. There are not enough transport buses available so travelling can be hard at times read more

This area is upscale and well-organized, with easy access to major roads like Diamond Harbour and BL Saha. Convenient metro and railway stations make commuting easy. Luxurious apartments, top schools, hospitals and markets are within walking distance. Streets are clean, parks are nearby, and the community is active with various cultural events. Safety is good with police station nearby. and local restaurant is excellent. read more

Things need improvement

Some residents have raised concerns about the lack of modern infrastructure in parts of the area issues like irregular water supply in older buildings and occasional traffic congestion on diamond harbour road have been highlighted additionally some parts of the locality face drainage problems during heavy monsoons noise pollution from the nearby commercial zones can also be a down side for those seeking a quieter environment read more

Good things here

This is the best place i ever lived in my entire life. All the major, minor amenities are with in our easy reach. Public transportation options are many, with easy access to cabs and autos, and metro stations are very close. Many great housing options are here with best schools, shops with all essential items, and good medical services are available here. Entertainment options like theatres, malls, pubs are available. read more

Things need improvement

Finding a parking space is quite difficult, and near markets area it's not wise choice to go with private vehicles, due to crowd and lack of parking space. Traffic congestion during peak hours are occasional. High traffic congestion can be a little bit frustration and bothersome. In some areas, street lights need some maintenance. It need more playground for outdoor activities and fun. The area is little expensive and disappointment for those in budget. read more

The locality in central Kolkata is well maintained and peaceful. Local market and mall easily accessible. Police station also nearby and crime cases rare. Taxi, Cab, Train available all the time in the locality. Renowned School,Hospital, malls available in the area. 24/7 water supply available. read more

Things need improvement

There is a huge traffic in the office time so cab and bus not available at the time. Electric powercuts also increase nowadays. read more

Apartment with covered parking is located at Alipore more and is near to sri sri academy with access to metro, bus, auto, taxi ... Local police station is nearby along with best of hospitals and diagnostics centre as within periphery of 500 metres -1 kms. Lots of privacy , 24 hours security ... read more
