The auto rikshaws charge exorbitantly which is not ideal for someone who has come from other city and there is a huge parking issue and streets are very narrow which causes traffic jams. The roads are not that well maintained either.

There are many IT and MNC's near the locality and one can easily stay here and can reach their office on time. This can help them save a lot of money as the rent rate in this area is reasonable and a lot of time gets saved in this process as well, as one doens't have to commute far.

There is no traffic jam which allows people to reach their destination on time. The roads are wide enough, there is adequate parking space and not not too many residents in the area, thus congestion is minimal. The location of the locality is decent but the price of real estate in this area is a bit on the higher side.
