Good things here

The area is clean and peaceful with good public transport. Markets and restaurants are within walking distance. IIM Calcutta and Vivekananda Mission School are nearby. Joka is an excellent place to stay. read more

Things need improvement

Joka is an overcrowded and congested area. Traffic jams are frequent and roads are narrow. Lack of parking spaces and poor street lighting are major issues. read more

Hospital (ESI Joka) within 1 KM Joka Metro station- 1 KM Andrew Public school- 500 mtr VMS school- 2 km Market - 500 mtr Main road- 500 mtr Bus stand within 1 KM Locality is very peaceful and calm. Lights Well lit after 6 pm. Easily accessible everything within few steps. read more

There is no such major cons about this locality. And the flat is on the top floor (2nd floor) No lift. read more

Good things here

One should be inspired by the spacious , well designed flat and notably with South East open at 10th floor. Additionally all modern days amentias are available with surrounding very good cultural environment. read more

Things need improvement

There is nothing to dislike about the property or locality . Once the Joka - B B D Bag metro runs at full route then the prices will shoot up. For some un planned urgencies I am looking to sell this flat at this price else I would not. read more

Good things here

The locality is very good and well maintained. There is no crime nowadays. Cctv cameras active and security Guard available all the time so the flat is safe for you and your family. Local markers are available nearby so you can buy all necessary things easily. Streetlight available for every lamp post. The roads are quite good and cabs and bus easily accessible. read more

Things need improvement

The roads condition is bad during monsoon and there is also need cctv cameras in lift . But It is not much necessary. read more
