Good things here

Environment and people and here we can get anything that we want get easily and environment is too good, good transportation and hospital schools are nearby, safety equipments are also there at night we feel safe no problems for late night workers. Everything is managed and clean everyday workers come and clean the road. the roads are well maintained. water supply is very good all things requirement like food centre is available. read more

Little bit expensive to spend here. If you have to buy something it will be a little bit expensive because this area belongs to some rich kind of people so everything is a little bit expensive read more

Good things here

This is a very stabilized and well developed area SMC provide proper maintenance of literally every thing. This area of surat had really low rate of accident and in nearby we have many malls like VR mall, Rahulraj mall and many more for all kind of groceries and for many things needed in daily home basis, we also have hospitals nearby. The properties here are well stablised according to provide ease to the people who live in there like there are many schools and game zones. Overall it is place if you started live in here you will not be able to live it. read more

To provide this much of comfort the maintenance cost of this area is very high according to me it will be hard to thrive here for middle class family. read more

Good things here

Vesu is a well-developed locality in Surat with a perfect balance of modern amenities and peaceful living. The area is known for its excellent connectivity to key parts of the city, with easy access to public transport, cabs, and autos. It is surrounded by top-rated schools, hospitals, and numerous parks, making it ideal for families. The locality also boasts a variety of restaurants and shopping malls, offering plenty of dining and entertainment options. The streets are wide and clean, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Things need improvement

While Vesu has many positives, traffic can become an issue during peak hours, especially around popular commercial areas. The internal roads in certain sections could benefit from better maintenance. Additionally, while power cuts are infrequent, they can be slightly inconvenient when they occur. Parking spaces can sometimes be limited, especially near crowded spots like malls and markets. These minor inconveniences aside, Vesu remains a desirable place to live. read more

its far from surat railyway statuion and the NH 48 Highway so reaching here takes time if you come from other cities to this locality of surat as you need to go throught city traffic to reach here soemtimes read more
