Ashok Nagar is an emerging region of Ranchi, Jharkhand. Earlier, the name of Ranchi was
Lohargada. Famous for its tourism, Ranchi is also called as City of Waterfalls and Lakes. Over a
period of years, Ashok Nagar has witnessed a drastic change in the infrastructure because of the
development of a number of plush residential complexes in and around the area. Ashok Nagar sits
just off NH-75 and enjoys accessibility to malls, colleges, schools, hospitals, hotels and other
commercial and recreational centers. The excellent network of roads that includes Pipartoli Road
and National Highway 23 connects it to the neighboring localities of Dibdih, SP Colony and
Chaputoli. Sai Mandir, ISM Ranchi, DAV Alok and the Delhi Public School are also close by. The
airport and the railway station are hassle free drives from Ashok Nagar. Argora Talab or Lake in the
vicinity adds to the beauty of the site. All in all, Ashok Nagar is safe, pacific and clean making it an
ideal location to live in. Read More
