Living here is really convenient! It's always easy to find auto-rickshaws and cabs, which makes getting around a breeze. And the roads are in such great shape, driving is smooth sailing. Despite paying for water maintenance, tenants tend to consume water excessively. The lifts frequently malfunction, sometimes getting stuck, and with only one lift in each tower, it can cause inconvenience. Furthermore, there's a lack of amenities such as a swimming pool and gym in the society, and the small play area for kids is not adequately maintained. While the residents themselves are not problematic, there are issues with committee members who tend to address problems within their comfort zone, leading to delays in completing maintenance tasks. read more
