Some parts of the neighborhood are still under construction, which can lead to noise and dust. Good things here
mota varachha is geographically not at the center of the city its at its side so less traffic and less crouded and spacious. quiet peaceful residential areas and easy to reach other parts of city with good connectivity. and its also well planned area as its still developping place many construction project are now here still going on as of 2024. read more

there are few plots of farm used for wedding events and those plots are near residential areas here which leads to noisc pollution problems. read more
