The property is only 1.86 kms away from the railway station.There are grocery stores,malls,required shops,schools , everything available at walkable distance.The area is highly secured with frequent police patrolling.

The roads going towards the building are not good and often results in traffic congestion.There is no metro connectivity in this area and residents feel stranded at night due to the faulty streetlights.
