With spacious flats featuring good ventilation and well-provided amenities, living here is truly worthwhile.

On the downside, during festive seasons, the society can become overcrowded, leading to challenges in finding parking spaces. The water supply may also become unreliable at times, and the consistency of the solar systems is questionable. Additionally, the presence of honeycombs in certain areas of the building is a persistent nuisance without a permanent solution. The maintenance charges are relatively high, and some residents have reported negative experiences with the society management, particularly the chairman, describing them as rude and uncooperative.
