Good things here
The flat is located in a plush and premium locality with walking distance from Road No 36 Jubliee Hills and Neeru's Emporio. Metro Station and public transport systems are easily accessible. The house is ~8 years old and has modern interiors done with end to end wood work, mood lighting in all rooms, false ceiling, breakfast table, modular kitchen and premium kajaria tiles and Jaguar Bathroom fittings. The house is ready to move in with single coat of paint and some basic wear and tear repair. read more

There is nothing as such to dislike about the society. Its a very premium area with nice neighbourhood and all the required ammeneties around. read more

Good things here
when I was searching for opportunity I gone Hyderabad because there are various types of private sectors job are available and this locality is one of my favourite locality. In this locality I never faced any problems regarding facilities that are available here. all the facilities are available nearby like school, hospitals, malls, restaurants and hotels are available within 30 minutes. read more

I am sorry but in this locality there are very high water shortage and power cuts issues I faced. and also flats owner behaviour is very bad it's very annoying for me. Traffic jams are high. read more

It is one of the prominent and famous localities of the city. The area is running by a good network of road providing access to all parts of the city. There is good public convence available from here. This area is easily located and easily accessible. The people are very kind and helpful here. Due to the prominent routes surrounding this area there is frequent rush on roads. The traffic jam that occur due to the rush can go up to 2 to 3 hours causing and inconvenience. read more

madhapur is vibrant neighbourhood in hyderabad known for it's significant role in the city. 'it's home to hightech city .which houses many iT and ites companies makeing it a major hub for technology and business activities durgam cheruvu silparamam.inorbit mall are some highlights of madhapur.schools and collages are very near to our apartments ..madhapur has a tranformed from.a small village into a modern superb with exllent infrastructure..i like this place so.....much neighbourhood is also exllent..shoping malls are very usefull near to my house ... read more
