The area is friendly and close to stores, hospitals, public transport, etc. It's also clean and peaceful with the surrounding greenery and overall eco-friendly environment. read more

Thiruvalla is an ideal place for those who want to sit back and relax for hours with fresh air, smooth breeze and a lot of greenery around. That is what I feel in Wattacheril Nagar when I enter the main gate - I feel I am home and can sense all my nostalgic nerves being stimulated. This place has an amazing ability to touch your senses for the level of serenity. It is a safe and sound place, away from the heavy traffic and pollution, even though very near to city. Thiruvalla or Tiruvalla is a leading town in the Indian State of Kerala and is also the headquarters to the Thiruvalla Taluk in the District of Pathanamthitta. The town covers 27.15 square kilometres in all, positioned on the banks of the Pamba and Manimala Rivers.
