Bhosari has a salubrious climate all year round. excauted by archaeologists, the 2000 - year old artist temple and the artist mahal is one of the monuments of interest in the township read more

Bhosari in Pune, India has some disadvantages including environmental pollution industrial units in the bhosari area have been known to cause air, water and soil pollution. read more

Good things here

Connectivity and social infrastructure, you can find anything and everything within the reach. This location has all major employment hubs near by such as Hitec City, Mindspace, Financial District. Excellent road quality and connectivity to ORR. This location also has all major malls and parks in the near by vicinity also good international / CBSE schools and hospitals with in 3 km radius read more

Things need improvement

Costly Rent - 2bhks in Gated community are available more than 45k per month and some traffic congestion in bottlenecks during peak timing creates some challenge. Air quality is more than 200 AQI due to construction pollution which will worse in future. read more

Good things here

Bhosari is a great locality to live. You can see multiple schools and colleges. Area is safe since police chowki is on walking distance. Area is clean. Transportation is best part of bhosari you can literally find every bus here. read more

Things need improvement

Bhosari is crowdy place. Traffic jams are major issue. During monsoon season clogging is observed. Locality is not clean people's spit here and there. Very populated place. Markets are very crowded. Rest is fine. read more

Good things here

I am living here for almost more than 3 years. Such a welcoming experiences here. All the basic facilities are available like schools, colleges, hospitals and restaurants are available nearby. Markets and grocery shops are within 10 minutes. Good public transportation facilities like buses, auto are available all time for traveling. Well maintained roads and parks are also available. I feel safe and comfortable here. read more

There are few reasons that create problems for me like traffic jams. Poor police patrolling at night. Peoples behaviour are not helpful. Drinking water shortage problems and noise pollution irritate read more
