Schools, hospitals, local markets, and Reliance grocery stores are all within a 5 km radius of the property. Amenities include indoor games, a gym, and a swimming pool. i am a work from home kind of person and most of my deals are done online, which is why i am in need of a good selular network with a calm environment to process my daily work. however i am sure i am not gonna get those things here. i was very disapointed when i visited the site. not happy with the place at all, not investing any dime.

Kalwa is a city in the Thane District of Maharashtra. It is located at 19.2022° N, 73.0025° E. It has a population of 245973 and the total area occupied is 14.55 km2. Kalwa has a moderate climate with rainfall in the summer and dry spells in the winter. The average temperatures vary from 38°C to 24°C. Marathi being the official language, Hindi is spoken as well. Infrastructure and Details Thane Municipal Corporation is the Local Urban Body that administers Kalwa. The nearby places to Kalwa are Airoli (5.8 Km), Thane East (5.92 Km), Thane West (6.68 Km), Mulund West (8.36 Km) and Ghansoli (9.44 Km). Some of the famous places near Kalwa are Bedse Caves, Bhaja Caves, Pavana Lake, Ek Vira Devi Temple and Mulshi Dam. The railway station that is nearest to Kalwa in the Kalwa railway station.
