The construction quality is satisfactory, with no seepage issues, and the plaster and fittings are of high standard. Exterior paintings are carried out promptly. Amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are provided, along with installed CCTVs and a dedicated play area for kids. read more

Cab facilities are unavailable as the society is situated in an outer area, leading to reliance on personal vehicles. Furthermore, residents of the society frequently engage in disputes over membership. read more
